Recently, we have noticed unauthorized use of the FERROFIRE® trademark on platforms such as Google search ads and YouTube shopping ads, where products not supplied by us are being sold under our brand. To protect your rights and our brand integrity, we are issuing this official announcement.

1. Trademark Ownership
The legal rights holder of the FERROFIRE® trademark (USPTO Reg. Nos. 87734086, 97448315; EUIPO Reg. No. 019017987; China Trademark Office Reg. No. 17720628) is Chunyu Miao. Chunyu Miao is the sole owner of SED TECHNOLOGY (QINGDAO) CO., LTD.. Our company, authorized by the rights holder, is fully responsible for brand operations, product sales, and trademark enforcement. Any use of this trademark for selling products without our written authorization is illegal.

2. No Third‑Party Authorization
To date, SED TECHNOLOGY (QINGDAO) CO., LTD. has NOT authorized any third‑party company, organization, or individual to sell products under the FERROFIRE® trademark.

3. Only Official Sales Channels
Genuine FERROFIRE® products are only sold through:
