HOW TO REPLACE THE FLINTS?
- Pull the lighter out of the case.
- On the bottom of the lighter is a flathead screw.
- Take out the screw. A spring and plunger is attached to the screw.
- Drop the flint into the threaded hole and reinsert the plunger behind it.
- Tighten screw firmly back into place.
- Put the lighter back into it’s case.
- Done!

TIPS
- After the new flint stone is in. Rotate the flint wheel some times as usual to make it spin smoothly.
- In case the wheel is stuck, adjust the flint spring slightly clockwise or unclockwise by screwing so that it goes smoothly.
- If adjusting the spring doesn’t work, rotate the flint wheel unclockwise first and then quickly clockwise for a few times and you will be good to go.

I bought these rods directly off their site and then saw they were cheaper on Amazon. I prefer not to buy from Amazon so I went directly to the source but wish I could have gotten at least as good of a deal directly from the source than from a 3rd party. I got everything in a couple days so no problem there.
